American Breakfast is an Irish Red Ale style beer very easy to drink. Made this recipe thinking of people who are still in love with European beers focused on malts. Use Irish yeast to generate those fruity flavors. Also put a specialty malt in charge of giving those red tones and providing aromas of dark fruits.
