Beer description
Good Dags is a robust medium bodied American Stout. A beer completely focused on roasted malts. Didn't want the typical stout with a chocolate flavor, wanted a stout with aromas and a coffee flavor that wakes you up in the morning. Use resinous American hops that provide aromas of pine and wet earth and ferment with American yeast so that the aromas and flavors of the malts stand out. This recipe does NOT have attachments, all the flavors and aromas are generated thanks to the use of specialty malts.
