Fausto Hopzilla

Hopzilla is an American IPA focused on the West Coast style. A light bodied beer, medium carbonation, clean bitterness but with a lot of aroma. This IPA is nowhere near being a session IPA. It is a perfect beer for those who want to enter the world of aroma and bitterness. Use a single type of grain and three different hops that give us citrus and fruit aromas such as peach, passion fruit, grapefruit, orange and apricot. Use California yeast to make hops predominate in this recipe.
