Beer description
This beer, from our " Fauve Lager Projekt, " combines tradition and modernity: we dry-hopped a lager (traditional bottom fermentation) just like we do with our IPAs. The result: a crisp lager that highlights the fruity exuberance of the US hops (Simcoe + Mosaic), as well as the melon, tropical fruit, and vanilla notes of the German Huell Melon variety!
