Fernie Brewing - Black Mammoth

Pours a very dark brown with full tan head that settles quickly. Aromas of watery burnt malts, dark chocolate and chicory. Quickly dissipating flavors of chocolate and roasted malts with a faint hint of orange. Highly carbonated on the tongue and a bit oily at the same time.
