We highly carbonate Fiets. We like the bubbles and we like to build foam. We hope you do, too. Chill for a while, open with care, build, and enjoy. Fiets is a mixed fermentation saison blended from a variety of french oak barrels, this version dry-hopped with high oil Cascades, then bottled and set down for a while. Released October 2020.
