Beer description

This is our interpretation of Belgian Tripels. The line adopted is to use only clear malts and candy sugar to streamline the final body. Wheat malt is used in higher quantities than style standards. Hop is Saaz from the Czech Republic, which gives very elegant herbaceous aromas.
