Beer description
Original beer designed to enhance aromas, tannins and acidity derived from the massive use of grapes: about 80 grams every 33 cl. The Arneis grape bunches of the Bric Castelvej Agricultural Company of Canale, Cuneo, are de-stemmed, crushed and joined to the beer must in primary fermentation, carried out by a high fermentation yeast specific for dry vinification.
