Beer description
Dark beer of Belgian inspiration enriched, with creativity, by the Pears Martin Sec, traditional Piedmontese product (PAT), selected for us by COBI Farm of Turin. The fruit, minced and cooked, is added in high quantities, about 80 grams every 33 cl of finished beer, halfway through fermentation, thus reigniting the activity of the yeasts and giving the beer a high final dryness.
Pears also give a "sour" character that softens the sweetness of the product making it less cloying.
