Little Bang - Fil's Pils

We've known for a long time that our illustrious and meme-friendly 50% Czech head brewer would eventually have to respond to the call of The Homeland and make a Proper Pilsner. Any brewer will tell you, this is a hard style to get right. This is next level stuff. The pressure was most surely felt. I'm pleased to say, after literally months of study and extra-curricular technological trickery, Fil has bloody nailed this. It's fresh, bright, with the balance so knife-edge perfect it's almost frighteningly drinkable. Do yourselves a favour.
