Garagiste Meadery - Final Act

“Final Act” is a mixed fruit melomel featuring a blend of Bramble berries. For those not hip to the lingo, those are berries that generally look like raspberries ie appear in clusters. Gold - National Honey Board 23’ For this particular product, we used a blend of boysenberries, black mulberries, raspberries, and blackberries. We then gently aged it on a bit of French Oak.
