The first new beer brewed in new brewery located in the Chicago Brewing District, Plumage IPA is a 6.5% ABV and 55 IBU American IPA that takes flight on the wings of citra and blanc hops. It packs a small bite at 55 IBUs but this little birdie will serenade your senses with its sweet, sweet song nonetheless.
