Beer description
Birrificio Fiorentino's IPA is brewed with extensive use of fine caramel malts that give a good sweet note while balancing the bitterness of the abundant hopping, in the various phases not only of boiling but also of fermentation. The hops, the predominant element in this beer, is a little-known variety from New Zealand with aromas reminiscent of tropical fruits and freshly cut grass. a very intense beer indeed.
