Rich with lots of roasted flavours, think black coffee, chocolate a little caramel and smokiness. But also a light dryer body from lager yeast and lagering process that this beer went through. Also the difference between a Baltic Porter and a typical porter is the process of lagering and the lager yeast used to ferment it. This lightens the body and feel of the beer compared to a traditional Porter or Stout.
