Not the first collaboration with Pivovar VIK of Prague, and note even the first sour - and we love what we create together again and again. This time we made a dense, truly sponge-like pastry sour: white chocolate gives the cakey texture, while mango and passion fruit help to push it towards a lighter, tropical fruity line. A clever balance between Prague and Budapest, sweet and sour, cookie and fruit.
