Our first Helles rested for 75 days, maturing in the tank, to become a drinkable lager that is not simply malty, but distinctly bready, flavorful, and just faintly hoppy.
Its straw yellow color and crisp head only confirm the first impressions: this is an unadulterated, German lager-inspired classic beer for everyone who loves it!
