It pours a quite fizzy orange body, dark for the style, unclear, and topped by a small white head. Citrus, fruityness from the yeast, coriander seed and a touch of white bread in the aroma. Some notes of grass and hay in the far back. It's rather effervescent on the palate, medium bodied and semi-dry, with a light bitterness. Orange, coriander, hints of banana, some bread dough and a light note of grass in the flavor. Yeasty fruityness too, even some watermelon, and in the finish the yeasty fruityness and orange does most of the work.
