Fleutjepiepen is an awful tasteless unblended straight mono-batch "lambic-style" beer. the wort (made from pilsner malt and raw wheat) was spontaneously inoculated With the local microflora found in the backyard of my house by cooling in a koelship overnight under a flowering lilac bush.
