Saison, the French word for season. One of our favorite styles of beer for enjoying one of our favorite times of year; the summer season. Or in Central Oregon, it’s the floating season! One will experience a class 5 of flavors that this complex beer delivers. Kaffir lime leaf is used in the boil to create a pleasant aroma and full citrus flavor.
