Like the previous versions, SLOW SIPPER is liberally hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. But this time we got even more out of the Nelson Sauvin by once again using the SubZero Hop Kief™ from Freestyle Hops as an additional dry hopping technique. This makes for an explosion of tropical fruit, juicy grapey notes and a subtle fresh undertone. With a familiar malt bill, the same water profile and yeast as its predecessors, SLOW SIPPER again offers a complex, fruity depth that continues to surprise you. Cheers!
