Beer description
Eisbock is produced from Flossator Doppelbock. Since Eisbock requires a certain amount of time to mature, it is stored in the rock cellar for at least one to two years, where it loses its “spirited” notes. What remains is a very mild, very strong, and full-bodied aromatic beer with almost infinite storage potential. Original wort of 18.8%—theoretically 27% after freezing. The bitter units cannot be precisely defined, estimated at 17-19 BU.
