Synergy represents the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to achieve a combined effect that is greater than the sum of their individual effects. That's what we aim to achieve with our beers and we love to experiment. That's why this NEDIPA (8%) is double dry hopped with HBC 630, an experimental hop variety from the Hop Breeding Company. In addition to the colorless Golden Promise malt, this beer contains Pilsner malt and a good amount of oats. The famous haze yeast LAIII took care of the fermentation, so you can expect a really hazy New England style DIPA.
