Follina Giana

Only “double-malt” beer. The name, suggested by the poet Valentino Zeichen, conjures up images of the two-faced Roman god Janus, guardian of change and lifecycles. Brewed with a blend of carefully selected grains, it has a dark amber colour, distinct and harmonious flavour, delicate aromas and a thick head. It pairs wonderfully with complex dishes, red meat, shellfish and mussels.
