Brasserie Roue Libre - Footprints In the Sand

It's summer, so we're swapping mountain powder for sunny beaches. Footprints in the Sand is a typical German white beer, a Hefeweizen. A large quantity of wheat and a typical yeast give it its unique taste. All of this is boosted by Hallertau Blanc hops, a German variety that adds hints of Sauvignon.
