This beer was brewed last year with our good friends at Belleflower Brewing. We released a portion of it last year, fresh, as Totally Coconuts. We aged the remaining beer in a combination of Penelope Bourbon and Kentucky Owl Bourbon barrels for 11 months and 24 days
