Beer description
This rich, roasted Barrel-Aged Double Coffee Stout is inspired by a Thai spiced latte. We blended 2 barrels, which have graciously aged for 48 months, and blended it with a younger 20 month barrel. We then conditioned this ancient stout on toasted coconut, Peruvian coffee beans, various regions of vanilla bean caviar, Thai spices and chilies, and cocoa nibs from Bolivia.
