Forager - Blossoming

We found a floral blend of two saison barrels to be the perfect match for the fruits in this farmhouse style ale. We chose raspberries from Lorence's berry farm and organic black currants from the blue fruit farm. Months of conditioning lead to dry berry notes with bright wildflower and lavender tones.
