Beer description
We brewed this barleywine with maple sap in place of water, 100% Maris Otter malt, a single hop and hardy English yeast. We rested this mahogany hued liquid in a Weller wheated bourbon barrel for fourteen months before transferring to a Blanton's barrel for another fifteen months. This barleywine is designed to age in a dark cool cellar but we recommend to drink it soon
