Malty. German Style Dopplebock lager. Fermented cold to create a smooth clean lager, while not tampering with our love for huge flavor and aromas. Rich and malty while finishing mellow and light. Lagered for over 6 weeks, we brew this one time a year in hopes of an early spring.
