Beer description
A collaboration with our forever friend Cam from The Eighth State Brewing Company in Greenville, South Carolina. This massive stout first rested in house-aged maple syrup barrels for 10 months before being racked into a new Riff barrel and a Blanton's barrel for a double barrel treatment of 14 more months. These two barrels were blended together without any adjuncts. Just beer through
time with patience.
