Forager - Vanuatu

The Republic of Vanuatu has provided us with some extraordinary vanilla beans this year. Vanuatu is the first in our series of single-origin, vanilla bean, barrel-aged double stouts. We blended a few different base stouts which rested in barrels for fifteen to nineteen months. Heavy barrel, typical of our barrel program, blends with aromatic vanillins backed by a pudgy body.
