Beer description
Dark, rich, and chocolatey, this ale was brewed with five different malts and a heavy dose of flaked oats to amplify the classic Stout creamy mouthfeel. Late in the boil, lactose sugar was added to the brew to add a residual sweetness and balance the presence of rich and roasted coffee flavors. FPB Oatmeal Stout is a perfect beer to sip as the leaves change color in fall, and as our peaks gather snow on crisp winter days.
