Formidappele Klapschaats IJsbeer has undergone a 12-month barrel maturation in 35-year-old Calvados barrels. And that can be tasted very well! On the palate, you will recognise our Klapschaats IJsbeer in harmony with soft, fresh apple aromas. The alcohol warmth of both the Klapschaats and the Calvados give this gem a rich body with a velvety finish. Enjoy-joy-joy!!!
