Formosa French Fruity Pale Ale

The brewery take a new approach with their French Fruity Pale Ale. This beer style is usually quite bitter, but in their interpretation of it they have elected to focus on fruitiness. Apples, to be precise. The apples complement the malty sweetness and interact very well with the Vic Secret australian dryhopping. The essence of it is a perfect balance between sweet/maltiness, and fruity/ hoppiness. Malty back bone, balanced sweetness, fruity balance between apples and citrus, ending in moderate hop bitterness.
