Our ambrée is a beer with a lot of taste. The bright amber color is a real indication of the quality of this beer. The combination of malts that we use for this beer creates the spicy taste of fresh bread, nuts and fruits. View: Nice copper color with some brown reflections containing discreet pearls, with a dense, slightly cloudy head; beautiful shine on the disc. The nose: Very nice nose, powerful, virile, rich in roasted aromas and fresh herbs, both fruity and floral, develops very well over time and ends with caramelized and roasted hazelnut notes. Mouth: Full, concentrated, powerful palate, which combines sweet, roasted and bitter aromas with delicacy; relatively dry texture; long, slightly alcoholic finish that develops a herbaceous range of aromas in which the roasted aromas dominate.
