The nose: very expressive nose that releases rich and varied aromas dominated by fruit and sweetness, very woody; there is resin and notes of gingerbread and candied fruit. Palate: A round and balanced texture, without bitterness on the palate, with little carbonic acid, with notes of citrus fruits, candied grapes, honey and a very original melon finish.
