Our very first Foeder beer, this table saison was designed by our very own Shirley Alexander. Taking inspiration from the montastic single, an old world belgian style, Shirley used a special malt named "Ercela" - made from the finest two-row italian adriatic coastal barley. After three months of aging, we back blended this non-wood-aged Foudior to achieve a perfect balance of complexity and elegance
