Beer description
Fermented and acidified in steel tanks, then matured in oak barrels. Cloudy, brown-red beer with a small white head of foam. The smell is red berries, oak barrels and light sour notes. Fruity and sour taste with oak barrel notes and slight sweetness. Tart, fruity finish.
