Beer description
Classic season, first fermented with Belgian House yeast and then mixed with Brettanomyces and matured for more than a year. Cloudy, golden yellow beer with medium-sized white foam crown. Slightly acidic smell of tropical fruits and orange, with bready malts. Slightly sweet taste, slightly acid, tropical-fruity with citrus notes and malt. Dry finish with some citrus.
