Beer description
Fermented with Belgian yeast, leavened with Lactobacillus. Light golden beer with small white foam crown. Sour-fruity smell, some yeast and wheat. In the taste sour with citrus fruits, yeast and malt, a little drupe. Citrus fruit on the finish.
