Wild Ride Brewing - Fourtunate Kolsch

In celebration of our 4-Year Anniversary, we brewed a Kolsch beer, which is a light and crisp style that originated in Germany. The grain bill consists of four malted grainsn highlighted by European Pilsner and locally grown Shaniko Wheat. Four separate hop additions of Sterling hops offers notes of bitterness, completing the beer with a smooth, crisp mouthfeel across the palate.
