Apricot-orange color, with a very light veil. Fine bubbles, everywhere, very lively. Off-white foam, silky, stable at 2 mm. Aromas of cara malt, wild berries, hedge, wild rose. 1st mouth very supple, beautiful begins with malt / yeast. Aftertaste with a well-balanced and long bitterness.
