Beer description
Classic light wheat beer, golden yellow color, beguiling banana aromas, white, powerful foam. The yeast most commonly used for wheat beers in Bavaria, W68, together with a small amount of Cascade in the whirlpool, is responsible for the combination of banana and a slight citrus note on the nose. The use of light wheat malt really cements the foam to the glass. To give it that lovely sparkle, the beer has been given a good dose of CO2 through bottle fermentation.
