Freibier.cc - Waller Weizen

We have brewed a dark wheat beer. Not quite as heavily carbonated as most wheat beers, so it can also be wonderfully enjoyed from a tasting glass, or any other beer glass for 0.33l. The aroma of the wheat malt together with the dark barley malts is supported by the fine banana aromas of the classic Bavarian wheat beer yeast. The hops are subtly in the background and only contribute a little of their bitterness to the rounded drinking experience.
