Beer description
The American red swamp crayfish is native to the United States. Here in Germany, it has become an invasive species. With no natural predators, it is spreading and causing considerable damage to aquatic ecosystems. But wait a minute... no natural predators? Surely we can help with that, right?! In collaboration with craft beer pioneer Sebastian Sauer from Freigeist Bierkultur, we have developed a recipe inspired by the Louisiana Crayfish Boil – a cult dish from which the crayfish originally come. The result is a refreshingly tart taste with a mild, nutty crustacean note – cheers!
