Hofstettner - Friends NEIPA Sour

A bridge between two beer nations Our first NEIPA was created together with Browar Stu Mosotw from Wroclaw (Poland). The hop varieties Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe provide a fruity passion fruit flavour. And because it can't be crazy enough, we fermented part of this NEIPA brew with sour beer yeast. With a strong protein cloudiness, fruity and refreshingly sour, this creation will surprise all newcomers to the world of sour beers.
