Beer description
The top-fermented, unfiltered double bock has a strong alcohol content of 8% by volume and is nowadays a real rarity.
In the glass, this strong beer specialty appears in a reddish, amber-like color tone and a light and creamy foam crown. One can perceive a scent of banana and fine caramel. These aromas are confirmed later in the taste, sweet with hints of banana and caramel, but also beautifully fruity and robust with a subtle bitterness.
