Fermentation
Beer description
Be careful when opening the bottle: the secondary fermentation must be anticipated! The nose smells of coffee and candied fruit. The attack in the mouth is malty, with a noticeable toasting. The bitterness is there, quite savory, before the coffee aromas reappear, to then give way to a rather liquor-like finish. A beer for the late evening ;)
