Beer description
In 1859, Frydenlund Brewery was founded on the Frydenlund estate in Oslo by ship captain Mads Langaard.
Frydenlund Bokkøl is a reddish-brown classic Bokkøl. The aroma is richly characterised by chocolate, caramel, dark dried fruits, coffee and roasted malt. The flavour is full-bodied with a rich malt flavour that is well balanced against a moderate bitterness.
The beer goes well with hearty meat dishes, game and desserts. Serving temperature: 6 - 10 °C.
