Beer description
Brown beer, clear under ruby light. Meringue foam, thick, medium and fine-bubble, initially thick and stiff, after a while it reduces to a centimeter layer, it decorates the glass very nicely. The smell of caramel and chocolate, sponge cake, chocolate pralines. Sweet but pleasant. The taste at first resembles nourishing, it is sweet, a lot of caramel, a lot of chocolate, then there is a little over-baked bottom of the cake. Bitterness low, ash-toasted, medium saturation. In general, a good tmave can be a bit overcome by some hops or spices.
